• Age range: 7 to 65 years old (covered by insurance)
• Children (7–13 years old) must ride tandem with an adult
• Solo riders allowed from age 13 years and above
• Moderate physical fitness is required
• Not suitable for pregnant participants
• Not recommended for guests with heart conditions or serious medical concerns
• Photo and video services are available on request (additional charge)

• Cash payments in foreign currency will be converted based on the daily exchange rate

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are:

• Free cancellation if made 48 hours or more before the tour
• 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made 24 to 47 hours before the tour
• 100% cancellation fee for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time
